For more than 15 years I’ve been a volunteer at music venue De Bosuil. What started as lending a hand behind the bar has grown into a role in which I lead the volunteers.

From the bar to coordinator
I started as a general volunteer: behind the bar, selling drink tokens or wherever an extra pair of hands was needed.
Later I became volunteer coordinator. In that role I lead all the volunteers during an event and take care of the organisation around that event in De Bosuil.
A crew of more than a hundred people
De Bosuil runs on volunteers at every event. By now we’re a crew of more than a hundred people who give it their all to make sure every visitor has a great, fun and musical night.
